I’M SO EXCITED! When do I get to see my images?
You will get to see your images projected larger than life in a slideshow set to music during your Ordering Appointment approximately 2 weeks after your Session. We will help you with all of your final decisions on images and products. This is one of the BEST parts!! If you have family members that live out of town that would like to purchase images from your Session, a gallery of your favorites can be posted online for them to view after your order has been placed.
When do I pay for my session and what does it cover?
The Session Fee covers time and materials, as well as our photographer’s artistic talent and professional design experience. The Session Fee does not include finished images. Full Session payment is due upon booking. This fee is non-refundable, but can be applied toward a rescheduled Session with a 48 hour notice.
When is payment due for my order?
Payment for your order is due at your Ordering Appointment.
How long will it take to get my order?
Quality takes time, so please allow 4-6 weeks from your order date for completion of your order. Custom designs and orders with framing will take longer.

- We reserve the right to the exclusive use of reproductions
- It is illegal to copy or scan our images
- We archive all images that are purchased within your designated time frame.
- All unordered images are removed from our system after 4 weeks.
- We offer a 15% discount on A LA CARTE prints to: Police Officers, Fire Fighters, Active Duty Military, Teachers, and Pastors.
- We have a special offer that we extend to families with a terminally ill family member.
